Community Rules
These rules concern dealings with ZK Properties. They are not building or community-management regulations and do not replace the rules of a developer, owners’ association or relevant authority.
Payment and cheque safeguards
Company personnel must not use a person's personal cheque without documented authority, or apply limited-purpose security to unrelated obligations without a valid legal and contractual basis. Existing agreements and applicable UAE law remain relevant to every transaction.

Raise an account concern
Email inquiry@zkproperties.ae with the contract reference and a brief explanation. You can also contact us on WhatsApp. Do not send passwords, PINs or one-time codes. Ask for a secure channel before sharing unredacted cheques or full banking details.
This notice does not cancel existing cheques, guarantees or debts, suspend court deadlines, or override UAE law or signed agreements.
